The City of Surrey (the “City”) is issuing this request for quotation (the “RFQ”), including the agreement as Attachment 1 (the “Agreement”), for respondents to provide a quotation (the “Quotation”) through an electronic system on the bids&tenders website located at https://surrey.bidsandtenders.ca (the “Bidding System”). This RFQ is for the  provision of goods described in Schedule A of the Agreement (the “Goods and Services”). A preview of the form of quotation is included for reference as Attachment 2. A person that submits a Quotation (the "Bidder") should meet the preferred requirements, however may exceed the preferred requirements.
