Through this request for quotation including Attachment 1 (the “RFQ”), the City of Surrey (the “City”) is inviting contractors to provide a quotation through the Bidding System (the “Quotation”) for the supply of goods described in Schedule A to Attachment 1 (the “Goods”). A preview of the form of quotation is included for reference as Attachment 2. A person that submits a quotation (the "Contractor") should prepare a Quotation that meets the preferred requirements, however may specify Goods, services, or terms that exceed the preferred requirements.
